At Findway Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Findway Canada account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
